This event aims to combat social isolation and offer valuable resources through a community resource fair.

- I agree to treat all seniors, staff, and fellow volunteers with kindness, patience, and respect.

- I understand that confidentiality is important, and I will not share personal or medical information about any participant.

- I will follow all event safety guidelines and immediately report any accidents, injuries, or concerns to an event coordinator.

- I understand that photographs or video may be taken at the event and give permission for my image to be used for event promotion or documentation.

- I release Home Sweet Home Companions, its partners, and the event venue from any liability for injury or loss that may occur during my participation.

- I confirm that I am physically able to perform volunteer duties and will notify the event coordinator if I have any limitations.
