is the founder of Home Sweet Home Companions, a companionship agency dedicated to combating loneliness and isolation among seniors while providing much-needed relief to family caregivers. Her journey began as a caregiver, where she witnessed firsthand the emotional neglect many seniors face and the systematic mistreatment of immigrant caregivers. Recognizing a gap in the industry where physical needs were met but emotional well-being was overlooked she created Home Sweet Home Companions to redefine senior care. Through compassionate companionship, engaging activities, and tailored support, her agency helps seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Beyond one-on-one companionship, Keesha has launched community initiatives that bring enrichment programs into senior facilities, including creative workshops, social gatherings, and intergenerational activities designed to foster connection. She believes that aging should be a time of joy and engagement, not loneliness. Under her leadership, HSHChas hosted a range of interactive programs such as technology training, plant potting, sip and paint sessions, wellness workshops, and music therapy—bringing vitality back into the lives of seniors. She is also committed to supporting the caregivers who make this work possible by providing training, professional development, and financial stability.
